Planned program areas

PACH Missouri intends to develop four connected areas of work. None of these programs are currently operating.

PACH Missouri is in an early development and launch stage. The program areas described on this website are planned and are not yet operating. Availability will depend on funding, partnerships, regulatory requirements, and local implementation capacity.

    Affordable Housing

    PACH Missouri intends to pursue affordable, transitional, permanent, and specialized housing solutions developed through community and public-private partnerships. This work is in the planning stage; no housing units are currently owned, operated or under development.

    Financial Literacy

    PACH Missouri plans to develop education covering budgeting, credit, savings, financial resilience, and pathways toward homeownership. Curriculum, delivery partners and schedules are still being determined.

    Workforce Development

    PACH Missouri intends to develop career-readiness support, vocational training, certification pathways, and employment-support partnerships. No training programs or employer partnerships are currently in place.

    Community Support
